Frames 1 to 3 show items for sale at Matauranga School, Aro valley. Frame 1 shows three people looking at second-hand washing machines for sale; frames 2 and 3 show a group of school children in a tent with a board advertising fresh fruit and vegetables for sale. Frames 4 and 5, and 7 to 10 show a pile of wrecked cars in an unidentified dumping ground amongst trees. Frame 6 shows three unidentified members of a conference on reform of secondary education held at Victoria University of Wellington. Frames 11 and 12 show members of a protest march in Willis Street. They are wearing masks, including one of Robert Muldoon, and two placards read "I want (underlined) a speed-boat for Xmas;" and "Shadow Cabinet." Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
