- Description
All scenes were taken in Willis Street, Wellington. Frames 1 to 7 were taken outside and inside the Majestic Theatre showing a group waiting to go into the theatre, an older woman in a queue to buy a ticket, and three young men eating icecreams in the foyer. Frames 8 and 9 were taken looking out from the Majestic with the same group waiting outside, and the Lido Cinema (showing the film "Superdad") across the road in the background. Frames 10 to 12 all show different people eating icecreams in Willis Street. Two young boys are outside the Rosanna Lounge (frame 12), and one of them is looking at posters for films at the Lido with Nimmo's music shop across the road (frame 11.) Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
