Photograph of large wooden hotel with the name Thomas Waldin near the entrance, circa 1860s, taken by an unknown photographer. A horse and cart, and a family group stand outside the entrance.

This photograph was identified as 'Pakuratahi Hotel 1866" at accession, but does not match other images of this hotel. Thomas Waldin was proprietor of Criterion Hotel circa 1869 to 1874.
