Refers to Baby Asha, a one year old who was treated in Brisbane after sustaining injuries at the Nauru detention centre. Accompanying note from the cartoonist states: 'Malcolm Turnbull's Australian govt persists in its determination to return hospitalised babies to Nauru. Protests continue.
