Transparency slides relating to Dr Carol Shiley Willis's service as a medical doctor during the Vietnam War. Photographs taken circa 1970, probably by Willis.
Features Cobra helicopter on airfield with front and side views of the helicopter and images of pilot and co-pilot climbing into the cockpit. Also images of Beechcraft King Air aircraft at Landing Zone English United States Army base, a jeep of shirtless soldiers entering the base through the gate, a "dustoff" medical evacuation helicopter landing. Also includes photographs taken from Beechcraft plane flying over Bong Son area including views of bridge over Lai Gang River and the approach to English base runway.
