Transparency slides relating to Dr Carol Shiley Willis's service as a medical doctor during the Vietnam War. Photographs taken circa 1970, probably by Willis.
Shows lorry arriving with gravel for hospital at Bong Son, view from Willis's room [and interior of room?], Evan [R McKenzie?] and A R Bean sunbathing, and children playing outside hospital building. Landing Zone English United States Army base images show cobra and "Slick" UH-1 transport helicopters (including at dawn, landing, taking off), a number of images of 105mm gun (some with unidentified US soldiers in shot), and a tank.
