Images show rugby match at Ruatoria sports ground, and scenes at Whanarua Bay, taken in 1963 by Ans Westra. Unless otherwise stated all persons are unidentified.
Images show a rugby match in progress at Ruatoria sports ground, and the remaining nine images are portraits taken at Whanarua Bay. Apart from a portrait of a man outdoors, the rest are groups of children, or tamariki, standing in a paddock. Another group of children stand inside a doorway.
