Artist not identified.
Shows a head and shoulders profile miniature portrait of Edith Hinshelwood, the grand-daughter of Charles Emilius Gold. She has red hair, and wears a mauve high-collared puff-sleeved dress or blouse
Inscription on the back of the portrait reads: 'Edith Hinshelwood nee Moresby. Eldest daughter of Capt. MF Moresby RW and his wife Caroline Moresby nee Gold. Born 30 Nov 1865. Married 1888 Capt. SB Hinshelwood RW. Grandmother. MBR'
Accompanied by a copy of Edith Hinshelwood's marriage certificate
