Accompanying note from cartoonist states "The breezy 'escape' of two patients from a psychiatric facility has been much in the news in recent days. So too has the $138,000 Speaker's tour overseas with other MPs and their wives. Cartoon depicts Speaker of the House David Carter, and Deputy Speaker Chester Borrows. Cartoon is not attempting to make light of mental illness; just a light play on the 'craziness' of this kind of spending [and treating politicians to the kind of portrayal dished up to the real-life escapees]."
