Description

Panoramic photograph showing Thomson's cordial and carbonated waters factory in Dunedin. The main building is three-storeyed (built in 1866). To the left are two further factory buildings. Wide road on the left lined with shops. Next door to Thomson's, on the right, is G. Simpson & Co. (builders). Arranged around the Thomson buildings are nine vehicles belonging to the company. Several trucks and enclosed vans with drivers standing beside them. Also one open vehicle towed by a team of ten ponies with a driver and another man standing at the head of the ponies. Taken by Robert Percy Moore.
