Description

Depicts a motorboat on a harbour, in which two figures are conversing. The first says, ‘Aucklanders are making a bit of a fuss about having Bledisloe Wharf extended’. The other figure replies, ‘Too right! They don’t want their harbour gridlocked too. It’s the only enjoyable way out of the place’.

Refers to controversial plans by the Ports of Auckland to expand by reclaiming more of the Waitemata harbour so as to extend Bledisloe Wharf.
