Description

Shows a gang member with a patch that says "Mower mob". He is riding a lawn mower that has handle bars like a Harley Davidson motor bike. The biker says "I thought we'd be mowin' grass not lawns!" Caption reads "Dunedin to give mowing contracts to gangs."

Refers to the Dunedin City Council planning a trial to allow Notorious Mongrel Mob and Black Power gangs to pick up council contracts to maintain some of its green space.
