Depicts Prime Minister John Key as a goat about to cross a bridge while NZ First leader Winston Peters is the troll under the bridge in a version of 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff' folk tale. Refers to the National Party's promise to upgrade bridges in Northland in its by-election campaign, and how Winston Peters was polling better than the National Party candidate.
