Description

Shows Gerry Brownlee sitting at a desk with a framed photo of Barack Obama and another framed photo on the wall of Obama and Key playing golf. Gerry Brownlee holds up a flag with a large red target and says to Key that it's "Islamic State's suggestion for our new flag, John... Now we're in the club." Refers to announcements by Prime Minister John Key regarding New Zealand's military deployment in the Middle East, in which he was reported as saying that the fight against Islamic State is the 'price of the club'. Wider context is the government's push for a referendum on the New Zealand flag.
