Under the heading 'Meanwhile - in Islamic State...', two men praying with guns on their backs respond to the news that "Our reign of terror is over!" The first asks "What's up?" and the second replies "New Zealand Prime Minister says he won't tolerate it!" In the foreground there are two small figures, also carrying guns, with one saying "New Zealand. Put that on the list." Refers to announcements by New Zealand Prime Minister John Key regarding New Zealand's military deployment in the Middle East, in which he was reported as saying that the fight against Islamic State is the 'price of the club'.
