Description

Under the heading 'The Sleeping Draught', Prime Minister John Key climbs a ladder belonging to the GCSB in order to pour a liquid labelled 'Hokum & Bunkum for a restful sleep' into a funnel (an inverted Beehive) while stating "Swallow this and I'll sleep like a baby". Refers to Key's alleged stance around spying allegations, with claims that the Government Communications Security Bureau spied on Pacific countries by conducting mass surveillance, and then passed that information on to the United States.

The cartoonist Tweeted: PM said he'd sleep like a baby over #spying allegations. A sleeping draught?
