Description

Prime Minister John Key holds a hammer and stands by National MP Mark Osborne, saying "Buy the Mark Osborne luxury pack before March 28 and we'll throw in broadband, ten two-lane bridges, a motorway, and social housing!!!" Osborne asks "Social housing? What's that John?" while in the background three figures are shown living under a bridge. Refers to the Northland by-election and various campaign promises, with the suggestion that the National party are promising development in the Northland region to encourage votes.
