- Description
Under the heading 'An Unofficial Public Holiday...? A day off to recover from six weeks of hard-out support!!' a man sleeps in a chair in front of a television while pizza boxes and beer cans are scattered about him. The cricket bat and ball and a black caps hat suggest the cartoonist refers to enthusiastic support of the New Zealand cricket team, the Black Caps, in their campaign for the ICC World Cup.
Published in the Dominion Post on 30 March 2015.
The Black Caps lost in the final match on Sunday 29 March.
