Accompanying note from cartoonist states 'It is striking that some of the illegal boat people being held on Manus Island have offered to donate organs to Australian hospitals in the event of their own deaths, so that at least some part of themselves makes it to Australia. They're up against an Australia that doesn't want to be 'invaded' by illegal immigrants. Cartoon depicts PM Tony Abbott as a surgeon during a transplant operation'.
