Description

Accompanying note from cartoonist states 'A cartoon of solidarity with the victims of the terrorist killings at the editorial office of 'Charlie Hebdo' in Paris. Cartoonists of the world were invited to make a statement. My words 'L'esprit ouvert est le nid de la liberte' ['the nest of freedom']. Cartoon depicts a human being who has chosen to have an open mind, and a Kiwi (bird of freedom) makes its home in that mind which is like a nest.'
