Under the heading 'Re-integration planning', a prison officer hands luggage tagged to Brazil to a man stepping off a bus labelled 'Corrections Airport Shuttle' and asks "Now, have you got everything Phillip? Your tickets? Your passport?" Refers to the Department of Corrections handling of the escape of Phillip John Smith, who, while on temporary release from jail, was able to leave the country on a passport obtained under his birth name, Phillip John Traynor.
