- Description
Depicts Prime Minister John Key and Economic Development Minister Steven Joyce as doctors who have made their hospital 'incomes and outcomes' rounds. Key is standing on the drip line and preventing the transfusion of money to the 'DHBs' patient behind them. Two nurses are looking at the blockage to the 'pay' solution going to the patient. They speculate it will be cleared with a picket. Refers to health care workers voting to strike over the pay offer from the District Health Boards.
