- Description
Commentary from the artist reads 'Just as Parliament debates new measures to deal with terrorism, up pops a home-grown Muslim "souljah" calling for an "Islamic State of Aotearoa". If you didn't know better, you'd say it's surely a stunt by the Government to get support for its bill. Cartoon depicts John Key addressing his caucus and referring to a poster photo of Te Amorangi Kireka-Whaanga, of Hastings, who heads the Aotearoa Maori Muslim Association.'
