Cartoon shows Prime Minister John Key, filling in the letters NZ in the ackronym, ANZUS. The A for Australia, and the US for the United States are quite large, but the NZ is just a faint pencil mark. Key says, "It might not be a huge contribution, but we do our bit". A rat holding a rifle asks, "Is he using a pencil?"
