Cartoon shows a New Zealand helicopter dropping 1080 pesticide on a group of militants from the extremist organisation ISIS, or Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, in Iraq and Syria. A voice from inside the helicopter says, "Now THAT's vermin control!" Text at the top of the cartoon reads, 'If NZ joins the ISIS conflict why not send DOC?..."
