Cartoon shows Minnie Mouse standing on a pedistal instead of the ancient Greek goddess of Justice, Themis. She holds a set of scales in one hand, and a sword in the other, which has sliced through a piece of paper labeled, 'Roastbuster cases'. Cartoon refers to an announcement by Police on 29 October 2014 that no charges would be laid against a group of males aged 17 to 25 who boasted online that they had had sex with intoxicated underage girls.
