Description

Panoramic view of the reception to the Duke and Duchess of York at Arawa Park, Rotorua in 1927, taken by Robert Percy Moore, of Wellington. It shows groups of Maori poi dancers in a large field in front of a crowded grandstand which is on the far left. Spectators also surround the field. Maori kaumatua and kuia seated on the ground centre foreground. Two large marquees on the right.
