Eight parchment land documents relating to Waimate North. ET/LT 024 is a conveyance for land at Waimate, George Clarke to Samuel L Clarke, dated 5 Aug 1872.
ET/LT 025 is a conveyance for land at Waimate, George Clarke to Hopkins Clarke, dated 5 Aug 1872.
ET/LT 026 is a conveyance for land at Waimate, dated 8 Oct 1872. Maketu Ruhe Tutana, Hoana Ruhe and Ihaka Te Tai to Marsden Clarke and John Betts Clarke. Iritana has also signed the document along with the other signatories. Also attached is a signed statement by William Kemp, saying he is a registered interpreter for the Maori language.
ET/LT 027 is a conveyance of land at Waimate dated 7 May 1884. Marsden Clarke to John Betts Clarke.
ET/LT 028 is a conveyance of land at Waimate dated 20 Nov 1894. Henry Tacy Clarke [middle name is spelt Tacey the document] to William Henry Brownwell.
ET/LT 029 is a conveyance of land at Waimate dated 5 Feb 1898. Edward Blomfield Clarke to James McIntyre.
ET/LT 030 is a conveyance of land at Waimate dated 23 Dec 1903. Philip Walsh to John Betts Clarke.
ET/LT 031 is a conveyance of land at Waimate dated 10 Aug 1914. John Betts Clarke to Edward Blomfield Clarke.
