Description

Accompanying note from cartoonist states 'It may not have occurred to the diploatic community but the victim (victims?) of an offender has a right to justice too. Cartoon addresses the diplomat who attempted to rape a woman in Brooklyn, Wellington. He has been spirited out the country due to "diplomatic immunity". What about justice for the woman?'. Refers to the legal escape route used for Malaysian diplomat Muhammad Rizalman bin Ismail, who is accused of burgarly and assault with the intent to rape.
