Cartoon depicts a policeman with a clipboard looking at Prime Minister John Key changes a tyre on the 'government' car at night. The tyre is the face of ACT MP John Banks. The car has got a flat tyre on the rocky road to the 'Election'. Finance Minister Bill English and Earthquake Recovery Minister Gerry Brownlee look on. Refers to the National government needing the support of Banks before the 2014 election, despite his conviction for filing a false electoral return.
