Cartoon depicts Internet Party Leader Kim Dotcom rowing a waka with Mana Party Leader Hone Harawira. Dotcom has caused the canoe to sink by sitting in the rear. Harawira tells him to make headway, he must stow his wallet near Harawira's end of the waka. Suggests that the motivation for the Mana Party to form an alliance with the Internet Party is access to the wealth of Kim Dotcom.
