Cartoon shows two men spying outside the house of Kim Dotcom in Coatesville. One of the men comments that "Kim Dotcom is greeting Winston [Peters] at the front door. Don Brash is already inside and it looks like Russel Norman shimmying up a drainpipe." He tells the other man to write all of that down, and the man replies, "Prime Minister, shouldn't the GCSB be doing this?"
