Description

Cartoon shows leaders of various political parties in New Zealand with their ideas for a new design for the New Zealand flag. Prime Minister John Key holds a black flag with a silver fern; David Cunliffe of the Labour Party has a flag with a stork carrying a baby in its beak; Russel Norman of the Green Party holds a plain white flag that "captures our surrender to greed and profit" and Hone Harawira of the Mana Party holds a flag with a koru and a boxing glove.
