Description

Accompanying note from cartoonist states, "John Banks' suggestion that, instead of animals, perhaps willing humans could be used for lab-testing legal highs is a fascinating idea. Perhaps one or two of his colleagues have already put themselves forward. Cartoon depicts MP Maurice Williamson (recently resigned from his Ministerial warrant after making an ill-advised call to the Police) and Minister of Justice Judith Collins, embroiled in issues to do with the Oravida dairy company and its huge donation to the National Party."
