Cartoon depicts American President Barack Obama sitting on the toilet while he talks on his cellphone about the need for President Putin to show the same respect for international law as they do at the White House. Beside him is a toilet roll labelled 'The UN Charter'. Refers to a telephone call between Obama and Putin on 6-7 March 2014 concerning the Russian annexation of the Crimean peninsula. Cartoon contrasts Putin's action over Crimea with America's invasion of Iraq which is forbidden under the UN charter.
