Share certificate for Blackwater Mines Ltd, whose capital was 250,000 pounds. The letterhead / masthead shows ornate lettering and a small sprig of flowering manuka. All print is in red ink. The printer was Crowther & Goodman, 124 Fenchurch Street, London, and the Blackwater company had both a London and a Reefton office.
The word "Cancelled" has been punched through the certificate, but does not markedly deface it.
