Cartoon depicts asking Russian President Vladmir Putin what they can do to impress the West, as it is not impressed with their Olympic Games. Putin replies that he can't take off his shirt this time as people might think "I'm after the pink vote". Refers to several photograph opportunities with a shirtless Putin, and to the reaction from western countries to Putin's new punitive laws against the Russian gay community. Some Western leaders have declined to attend the Sochi Winter Olympic Games, some countries have selected gay athletes to attend.
