Description

Cartoon shows a man holding up a newspaper article about a car in Raglan that has been configured to run off of used cooking oil, showing it to Prime Minister John Key. The man explains that if kiwis just ate fish and chips, there'd be no need to import fossil fuels. Key tells him that his "cunning plan has a few downsides."
