Cartoon shows Russian President, Vladimir Putin, looking on as the Olympic rings light up at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Winter games. Putin says, "Kriticize our huma rights or our borscht but leave our rings alone." Accompanying note from the cartoonist states, "If there is any good to be found in the malfunctioning Olympic Rings at Sochi, it is that even severely homophobic rulers like Vladimir Putin are compelled to put up with the vagaries of the actual world we live in."
