Cartoon depicts a yacht sailing up to the new bridge across Whangarei harbour. One of the sailors says, "If the heat caused it to jam, it could have blocked off the town basin", and the other replies, "We might have had to 'Love It Here' till winter". Refers to the new bascule bridge ove Whangarei Harbour which had some construction issues causing it to jam in temperatures over 26 degrees. Also references the slogan for Whangarei "Love It Here".
