- Description
Santa Claus climbs out of chimney and discovers a policeman recording various infringements committed by his sleigh and reindeer parked on the road. Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer appears baffled (use of his nose as a parking light is illegal?), while beside the officer a dog in its kennel sleeps under the sign 'Beware of the dog'. Another dog scampers off with a present in its jaws which it has grabbed from the over-full sleigh.
