The prime minister, John Key, and the Leader of the Opposition, David Cunliffe, both dressed as Santa Claus, compete for the attentions of a child labelled 'Voters', who runs away crying "Block up yer chimneys...Christmas is too scary!". David Cunliffe offers 'Cheap free gifts' and is flanked by his elves, Hone Harawira and Russel Norman, while John Key offers 'Make a wish! But it won't happen'. His elves are Peter Dunne and the ACt candidate, David Seymour.
