Description

Cartoon features two men. One man has his head on a chopping block with Commerce Comission written on it. In front of the block is a bowl with 'Independence written on it. The second man is dressed in Jeans and a black singlet and holding an axe saying "Don't panic - it'll only be a trim" The cartoon is satirising Bill English as Finance Minister leading the review of the Commerce Comission and the Commerce (Cartels and Other matters Bill) and treatening the independence of the Commerce Commission.
