Description

Cartoon depicts Prime Minister John Key performing the "Civil Rights Two-Step" with Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka. A Sri Lankan official and Murray McCully, Minister of Foreign Affairs, look on. McCully comments that Key dances well "to anybody's tune." Refers to Key's attendance of the 2013 CHOGM meeting in Sri Lanka. Leaders of Canada, India and Mauritius boycotted the meeting due to human rights abuses in Sri Lanka.
