Description

A man attaches a ship's anchor to his car and tells his partner 'The Police will be exercising a 4 km/h speed tolerance over Labour Weekend. This should slow us down.'

To try and reduce the road toll over the 2013 Labour Weekend, the New Zealand Police announced that there would be zero tolerance for drivers travelling more than 4km per hour over the posted speed limit.
