A postman on his bicycle is chased by a skeletal hand with a 'cancel' stamp threatening to obliterate him.
On 23 October 2013 the government announced NZ Post's new Deed of Understanding, which set out the minimum standards for service delivery of the state-owned enterprise. Urban delivery frequency was to be slashed, from six days a week to three. It was estimated that up to half of NZ Post's 2000 workers could lose their jobs.
