Chuang says to Brown, "Len, I want to make love to you lying in long grass beneath a starry sky..." Brown, who is sitting back in his chair in an undershirt and no pants offers to "stop mowing the berms". Text reads, 'Policy making at the Auckland City Council'. Cartoon references an affair between Brown and Chuang, as well as recent controversy over the maintenance of grass along sidewalks in Auckland.
