Cartoon shows Prime Minister John Key standing at the podium at the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement meeting, where he is filling in for United States President, Barack Obama. Key is standing on tip toes on top of a briefcase, and has to pull the microphone down in order to speak into it, and is barely visible to the audience.
