Two versions of the cartoon are shown, the same except for the title, one is 'Lame duck...' and the other 'Trading places...'. Shows United States President Barack Obama as a duck. He is wearing band aids and a bandage around his head, he stands on one foot as the other one is bandaged or in a cast. 'Obamacare' is written on the body of the duck. He thinks "Hmmm... might see if John Key can stand in here for a bit.".
