Description

A man in a suit talks to an elderly man on the footpath. The man in the suit says "Visitors to Stewart Island now pay a tourist tax of $5 per visit. We should have a similar levy in the Waikato" to which the elderly man responds "If you're standing for council - you've got my vote." In October 2013 local body elections were held around New Zealand.
